1 cup of a2/a2milk or almond milk
3 T chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
2tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Put everything in a mason jar and give it a few good shakes. Place in the fridge for 30 min to overnight. Add fresh fruit and a tablespoon of chopped almonds to the top to balance everything out!
